We understand that it can be hard to talk about sex and you might feel nervous about visiting your GP practice or clinic. That is why we are providing confidential Chlamydia Testing (laboratory standard) and treatment for people aged 16 and over.

The Flu Vaccination is available from October – the service is FREE if you are registered with a GP within our local area and fall within the following criteria: 65 years old and over - pregnant, have a serious medical condition (including diabetes, heart/chest/kidney conditions) - living in a long-stay residential care home or other long-stay care facility (not including prisons, young offender institutions or university halls of residence) - the main carer for an elderly or disabled person whose welfare may be at risk if you fall ill - a frontline health or social care worker.
This service makes obtaining the most commonly needed vaccinations easy and convenient. We provide Meningitis Vaccine (ACWY) for people traveling for HAJJ and UMRAH, and we also provide a free certificate.

Free, confidential test for Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV. Those who may be at risk of having contracted Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C or HIV can take a free and confidential test at our pharmacy. Many people who have one of these diseases do not realize as symptoms can be mild, vague or go unnoticed.
A simple finger prick test and effective treatment is available on the NHS for anyone who is diagnosed.The test involves pricking your finger to get a few drops of blood. This is then sent to a laboratory and the results can be collected from our pharmacy within two weeks.
Those at risk of having Hepatitis B or C include anyone who was born, or have had surgical treatment in, Asia, Africa, South America, Pacific Islands, Eastern Europe or the Middle East. Other risk factors include if you had a blood transfusion or organ transplant in the UK before 1991, if you have ever pricked yourself on a needle or sharp object that has been used on someone else, or if you have had a tattoo or piercing in unregistered premises or with non sterile equipment.

Come Correct is a FREE condom scheme for those under 25 years of age. You can get FREE condoms, lubricant, femidoms and dams until you turn 25.

It’s a 12 week programme and is FREE.We can supply you with a range of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (Nicotine Patches, Nicotine Chewing Gum, Nicotine Nasal Spray, Nicotine Lozenges, Nicotine Inhalator) or Champix.We have several trained Level 2 smoking cessation advisors who will be happy to advise you. The medication is FREE if you are exempt from prescription charges and if you pay for your prescriptions, then it’s the normal prescription charge per supply. (It may be advisable to purchase a prescription pre-payments certificate in some cases – ask in store or ring us for more details).
If you have erectile dysfunction (ED), treatment will depend on what's causing it. If your erectile dysfunction is caused by an underlying health condition, such as heart disease or diabetes, that condition may need to be treated first. In some cases, treating the underlying cause may also resolve the problem.If you are taking medication that can cause erectile dysfunction, there may be an alternative.
